What’s more, it was invented by chance, with a group of friends in Spain deciding to mix red wine with a few other ingredients when the wine tasted a bit sour. Here is how you can create a Katemba or Kalimocho that could become your new favorite party drink.
Ingredients:
- 4 1/2 ounces red wine
- 3 1/2 ounces Coca-Cola
- ice cubes
- 1 medium orange wedge
- 1 medium lemon wedge
- 2 dashes orange bitters
