There isn’t a single person in the world who doesn’t enjoy pancakes. If you’re used to making your regular ones, you should definitely spice up the game with these apple cinnamon pancakes that are amazingly delicious.
For the pancakes, you will need these ingredients: 1 cup flour, 1 egg, 3/4 cup milk, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 2 tablespoons oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
For the apple topping use 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 2 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 2 diced peeled apples, 1/2 cup maple syrup.
Get a skillet and preheat it on 275 F degrees. In a bowl mix the vinegar and milk, and set them aside for 5 minutes. In another bowl mix the sugar, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add the egg to the milk mixture. Now include the wet ingredients in the dry and stir them very well. Don’t worry about the lumps.
Start pouring pancakes on the skillet and cook them for 2 minutes per side. When you see that the pancake is turning golden, you can flip it to the other side. Continue the procedure until you’ve used all the batter.
You can now start preparing the apple topping. Mix the butter, cinnamon, apples ad brown sugar in a pan. Cook them over medium heat for 5 minutes. Include the maple syrup as well. Cover the apple cinnamon pancakes with the topping. Bon appetit!
