Prepare This Green Velvet Cake For St. Patrick’s Day

Red velvet cake is amazing, but have you tried the green version? Since we’re celebrating St. Patrick’s Day, make sure to try this gorgeous green velvet cake. If you have guests coming over, everyone will be impressed with your baking skills.

Ingredients

The ingredient list includes:
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 cups oil
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon green food coloring
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 1/2 cups flour

Instructions

The first step to preparing the green velvet cake is to mix the vinegar, sugar, eggs, and oil in a bowl. Stir everything very well.

You can now combine the baking soda, flour, and the salt in another bowl.

Mix the ingredients of the two bowls together. Include the buttermilk, vanilla and food coloring.

You will need 3 8-inch pans. Prepare their walls and bottom, and fill them with the mixture. Leave them in the oven at 350 F degrees for 25 minutes.

Take out the pans, remove the layers. Start adding frosting in between and the cake is all done.

This is literally the easiest dessert that will take less than an hour. It’s also the perfect way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day.
