Puffy Pancake Casserole You Won’t Be Able to Stop Making

Filled with ham, bacon, and cheese, this tasty puffed pancake is perfect for any meal of the day. This versatile dish is also so easy to prepare that you can enjoy this dish time and time again with family and friends for just about any occasion.

Ingredients

½ cup butter

2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix

2 cups milk

8 eggs

4 oz Swiss cheese, shredded

1 lb cooked ham, cubed

1 pack pre-cooked bacon, chopped

8 oz Cheddar cheese, shredded

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ ground mustard

pinch ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375° Fahrenheit. Spray a 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray. Place the butter in the dish. Melt in an oven for around 10 minutes.
  2. Mix together the Bisquick mix, 1 cup of the milk, and 2 of the eggs with a whisk until there are tiny lumps remaining.
  3. Pour the mixture into the baking dish over the butter.
  4. Layer with Swiss cheese, ham, bacon, and Cheddar cheese.
  5. Mix remaining milk and eggs with the salt, mustard, and nutmeg. Pour over casserole. Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes until golden. Allow standing for 10 minutes before serving.
