Simple But Delicious Guacamole Recipe

Guacamole is one of the best dishes people all around the world love to enjoy. First invented by the Aztecs in Mexico, you can find guacamole all around the world in all sorts of applications. If you want to make your own at home, here is a perfect recipe that works well with all sorts of accompaniments.

Method

To make the guacamole, start by dicing up red or white onions, tomatoes, and an avocado. Put the cubes of avocado in a bowl and smash them with a fork until they are completely smooth. Add in the tomatoes and onions along with salt, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and lemon or lime juice. Mix everything together and taste to see if it’s seasoned properly, and you’re done!

Serving

Normally guacamole is served with tortilla chips or on top of tacos, but there is so much more you can do with it. You can serve it with roasted potatoes as a side dish, or on toast in the morning. You can also serve it with fried foods like lentil patties or any fried fish. The freshness of the avocado and the brightness of the other ingredients make any fried dish come to life.
