This trendy bread uses only eggs to create a bread-like texture. Separate the yolks from the whites, mix together the yolks with salt and either cream cheese or another dairy product. Then, whip up the egg yolks. Once peaks form, mix in the yolks, dollop the mixture onto a cookie sheet, and bake!
