Muesli, granola, oats, nuts, dried fruits, and seeds. There is nothing tastier than a delicious, sweet, refreshing muesli bowl. But, the industrial muesli or granola that is bought in the supermarket, can sometimes contain large amounts of sugar, or simply lack something special that will brighten up your breakfast.

Making Muesli at home is as easy as 1-2-3. Just follow these basic principles to make a delicious and nutritious crunchy breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • A pound of whole oats
  • 2 cups of your favorite nuts
  • 1 cup of dried raisins or cranberries
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, place on a baking sheet, bake at 170 degrees for 30 minutes, making sure to mix occasionally.

Remove from the oven, allow to cool, transfer to an sealed jar, and enjoy.

The muesli is mostly added to a delicious natural yogurt and combined with fresh seasonal fruits. Fruits that are especially suitable for Muesli are banana, apple, figs, and strawberries.

Muesli can also be used as decoration for cakes, in smoothies, or just be eaten straight from the jar when no one is looking.
