This Burrata Salad has Everything You Need

Savor the delightful combination of creamy burrata cheese and a medley of fresh ingredients with this vibrant burrata salad. Packed with flavors and textures, it’s a satisfying dish that brings together the best of the season.

Ingredients

  • 1 large burrata cheese ball
  • 2 cups of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup of fresh arugula
  • 1/2 cup of Kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup of pine nuts
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Arrange the arugula on a serving platter. Place the burrata cheese in the center of the arugula. Scatter the halved cherry tomatoes and Kalamata olives around the burrata.
