If you’re looking for a new tasty cocktail but also happen to have a sweet tooth, then why not combine the two? That’s what this strong yet sweet and sultry cocktail succeeds in doing. Here is how you can create a Cadbury creme martini to perfectly complement your dessert.

  • 1 Cadbury egg, halved
  • 1/4 cup milk chocolate
  • 1 1/2 ounces vodka
  • 2 1/2 ounces crème de cacao
  • 3 tablespoons condensed milk
  • 3/4 cups half and half
  • 3/4 cups selzer
  • Yellow and red food dye
  • ice

  1. Microwave chocolate for 10 seconds before stirring. Repeat the process twice so that the chocolate has been heated for 30 seconds total.
  2. Dip the rims of your martini glasses into the chocolate.
  3. Pour condensed milk, a drop of yellow food dye, and red food dye into a small bowl. Mix until orange and pour into the bottom of the martini glasses.
  4. Combine half-and-half, crème de cacao, and vodka in a cocktail shaker and shake for about 20 seconds. Divide into the glasses evenly and top off with seltzer.
  5. Pop the Cadbury egg halves into each glass and enjoy.
