This is the Perfect Kebab Recipe

Kebabs are a crowd-pleaser, and this simple recipe brings all the flavors with minimal effort. Ideal for a quick dinner or a casual gathering, these kebabs are easy to prepare and cook. Here’s how to make it.



  • 1 pound of meat (chicken, beef, or lamb), cut into cubes
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Simple Marinade

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp mixed dried herbs (like Italian seasoning)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice/vinegar, garlic, dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the meat cubes and toss to coat. Let it marinate for 30 minutes (or longer if time allows).
  3. Cut the bell pepper and onion into chunks.
  4. Thread the marinated meat and chopped vegetables onto skewers.
  5. Preheat your grill, grill pan, or oven broiler. Cook the kebabs, turning occasionally, for about 10-15 minutes or until the meat is cooked through.
