This Two-Ingredient Dessert is Just What You Need for Summer!

When it comes to summer treats, there’s nothing better than munching on something cold and refreshing. It’s easy to fall into a routine of eating unhealthy junk like popsicles and ice cream, so to break that cycle while still staying cool, we bring you this frozen blueberry recipe!

Not only will you get tons of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals from the berries, but the yogurt is a great creamy touch that’s still super healthy.

  1. Start by putting any type of yogurt in a bowl. You can use regular or non-dairy yogurt, but plain is the best flavor to go with.
  2. Line a baking sheet with wax or parchment paper so the berries come off easily.
  3. Wash off some blueberries and then toss them in the yogurt so they’re totally covered.
  4. Using a fork, take out each berry individually and shake off the excess yogurt and put the berry onto the baking sheet. Make sure there’s only one layer of berries otherwise use another baking sheet if necessary.
  5. Once all the blueberries are done, stick them into the freezer until they are solid, about 1-2 hours.
  6. Eat immediately or put them into an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month!
