The Process

In a medium bowl, mix the flour, sugar, backing powder and the salt. Use a whisk and stir to combine. Then, in an another bowl, pour the vanilla almond milk, add the apple cider vinegar and mix it to combine. Pour the liquid mixture into the dry mixture and whisk until it becomes smooth.
