Try This Delicious Four Cheese Pasta

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces of rigatoni pasta
  • Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1/2 a cup grated parmesan
  • 1/2 a cup crumbled stilton
  • 1/2 a teaspoon of ground nutmeg
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, melt a generous amount of unsalted butter over medium heat. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously until well combined with the melted butter. Add the shredded mozzarella, cheddar, parmesan, and crumbled stilton to the pan. Add your ground nutmeg and stir gently to create a velvety cheese sauce.
  3. Season the sauce with salt and black pepper to taste. Continue stirring until all the cheeses are fully melted and the sauce is smooth. Add the cooked pasta to the cheese sauce, tossing to coat each strand evenly. Once the pasta is thoroughly coated, remove the pan from heat.
