Try This Fluffy Strawberry Cream Roll

Easy, fast desserts are always such a big pleasure to make. If you love fruity cakes, this fluffy strawberry cream roll sounds perfect.


  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 6 eggs separated
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar substitute
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour

For the filling:

  • 4 tablespoons strawberry chia jam
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream


Set the oven to 350 F degrees and prepare a rectangle baking pan with cooking spray.

Get a bowl and add the egg whites in it. Start beating them until you see stiff peaks. In the second bowl, keep the egg yolks.

Pour the sugar substitute in the bowl with the egg yolks and beat them together. Combine them with the baking powder, coconut flour, and salt.

You can now combine the two bowls, one with the egg whites and the one with the egg yolks.

Add the mixture to the baking pan and bake it for 15 minutes. When it’s done, cover it with parchment paper and start rolling it.

Wait for 5 minutes for the cake to cool down. Spread it and add one layer of the strawberry chia jam. Top it off with the cream.

Roll the cake again and your strawberry cream roll is done.
