Fewer things are yummier than doughnuts. Except maybe Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. So imagine how sweet life has just become with the two delicacies teaming up?!
Reese’s and Krispy Kreme have decided to continue their winning partnership that has already treated lovers of peanut butter and squidgy round pastries to two previous cross-overs.
For a limited time, Krispy Kreme will be converting Reese’s “Lovers” cups into doughnuts. The Peanut Butter Lovers cups traditionally feature extra peanut butter and the Chocolate Lovers cups feature extra chocolate which will be reflected in the doughnuts.
“Our latest co-creation with Reese’s is our best yet!” said Krispy Kreme’s Chief Marketing Officer, Dave Skena. “If the technology exists to fill a Krispy Kreme doughnut with Reese’s Peanut Butter Kreme and Chocolate Kreme, then how could we not offer that to America? Well it does. So we are. And it’s amazing.”
