Quentin Bailly is a creative man from France. In 2013, he won the prestigious Champion du Monde de la Pâtisserie award in the city of Lyon.

He loves working with chocolate and his creations will take your breath away. From seemingly simple macarons to complicated cake designs, Bailly never fails to create something spectacular for his customers.
