Many of them will call for the use of pumpkin puree, and you’ll probably blend more than you can use. Start Baking

From bread and loaf cakes to cookies and muffins, the list of baked goods that call for the use of pumpkin puree is pretty much endless. If you’re not sure what to do with your leftovers, just fire up your oven and start baking.

Later Use

Even if you can’t come up with a way to use your pumpkin puree right away, that doesn’t mean you should throw it away. If you’re thinking of using it soon, you can refrigerate it for up to a week. You can also place it inside an airtight container and store it in your freezer for later use.

Spreads and Drinks

Pumpkin spice latte, milkshakes, and smoothies are only some of the drinks that you can make with pumpkin puree. You can also use it to make hummus, use it as a spread in your pancakes, and add it to your oatmeal to up its fiber content.
