For $12.50 per pound, you can get cheese made from fresh milk from Italian provinces of Parma and Reggio Emilio after it aged for at least two years. The quality is approved by the Consortium Parmigiano Reggiano before the cheese can be exported from Italy. Just shipping takes two to three days. But what can you do with so much cheese?
