Bell Pepper Eggs Is An Exciting Breakfast Recipe To Try

Ingredients

For the bell pepper eggs you need:
4 large eggs
4 bell peppers
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
freshly chopped parsley
4 slices bacon
kosher salt
freshly ground pepper

The eggs will look much more interesting if you get bell peppers in different colors. Make sure that you remove the tops and seeds. Also, slice and cook the bacon.

Instructions

Set the oven to 400 F degrees.

Cut the peppers in thick slices and place them on the baking pan. Add the cheddar and bacon in the peppers. Then add the eggs, one egg in each bell pepper. Top them off with salt and pepper.

You will need to bake the bell pepper eggs for 20 to 25 minutes. Use the parsley when they’re done, to decorate.

This is a recipe meant for 4 servings. You can also use the bottom half of the bell peppers instead of slices.
