Sparkling water can be healthy if you choose the right type, just like many other drinks. The best variety of sparkling water is the mineral-rich kind.

But, another question comes into the game: is it hydrating just as much as mineral water? Although, it is known that bubbles make it harder to drink.

The bubbly stuff has been shown to have some health benefits. It is rich in health-promoting minerals, it helps maintain a healthy pH of the blood (sugar blood management), calms motion sickness, helps for dyspepsia and constipation, and is certainly safer than tap water.
