How to Make Easy Air Fryer Pepperoni Pizzas

While cooking with an air fryer is quick and easy, it also proves scrumptious. This is particularly true if you’re looking for a crispy slice of pizza that is juicy yet not too oily. Here’s an effortless way to cook some easy air fryer pepperoni pizzas that are sure to taste authentic.

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces slices of pepperoni
  • 12 pepperoncini
  • 1 small red onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound refrigerated pizza dough
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • salt
  • all-purpose flour
  • honey

Instructions:

  1. Put onions, olive oil, and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a small bowl. Add pepperoni and pepperoncini and mix well to blend the ingredients.
  2. Remove air fryer insert and brush it with oil. Place the pizza dough on top and enter it into the air fryer. Heat the air fryer to 400°F, allowing the dough to cook while the air fryer warms up. Once it hits 400°F, allow dough to cook for 3 minutes before flipping and cooking the other side for 2 more minutes.
  3. Add the provolone slices and the pepperoni to the pizza base. Air fry for another 7 to 8 minutes, until the crust is golden and crispy. Drizzle in honey before serving.
