Ingredients

  • 2 Lbs cooked pasta of your choice
  • 8 oz mild cheddar
  • 1lb Colby jack or Monterey jack
  • 1 lb mozzarella
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • One can of evaporated milk
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Put the pasta on to boil as per packet instructions.
  2. While your pasta is boiling, take this time to shred your cheese. You can use pre-
shredded, but fresh is always better.
  3. In a deep pan or pot, melt your butter and then add flour; whisk on medium heat until
    flour is combined with butter.
  4. Add heavy cream while whisking; it’ll start to thicken. Then, add evaporated milk.
  5. Once all thickened, add in spices and stir.
  6. Slowly add half of the cheese mixture.
  7. Once entirely melted, add all the cooked pasta to the melted cheese sauce and stir until all
    the pasta is coated.
  8. Add half of the pasta mixture to a large baking dish, then add shredded
cheese, leaving about half, then add the rest of the pasta and finally add the rest of the
    cheese on top.
  9. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees or until cheese is melted to your
    liking. Enjoy!
