Ingredients
- 2 Lbs cooked pasta of your choice
- 8 oz mild cheddar
- 1lb Colby jack or Monterey jack
- 1 lb mozzarella
- 1 pint heavy cream
- One can of evaporated milk
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Put the pasta on to boil as per packet instructions.
- While your pasta is boiling, take this time to shred your cheese. You can use pre-
shredded, but fresh is always better. - In a deep pan or pot, melt your butter and then add flour; whisk on medium heat until
flour is combined with butter. - Add heavy cream while whisking; it’ll start to thicken. Then, add evaporated milk.
- Once all thickened, add in spices and stir.
- Slowly add half of the cheese mixture.
- Once entirely melted, add all the cooked pasta to the melted cheese sauce and stir until all
the pasta is coated. - Add half of the pasta mixture to a large baking dish, then add shredded
cheese, leaving about half, then add the rest of the pasta and finally add the rest of the
cheese on top. - Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees or until cheese is melted to your
liking. Enjoy!
