How to Make a Pizza Frittata

Introducing the pizza frittata. Here’s how you can make this scrumptious yet nutrition-packed meal, suitable for any time of day.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 1/2 cups marinara
  • 8 eggs
  • Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • baby spinach
  • skim milk
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°. Warm up some oil in a medium-sized skillet before adding onions and garlic. Cook for five minutes, add spinach, and cook until wilted for about two or three minutes until wilted. Season with salt.
  2. Toss eggs, oregano, milk, and marinara into a large bowl. whisk together the mixture until fully blended.
  3. Pour the ingredients from the large bowl into the skillet with the vegetables, cooking for four or five minutes until the edges are cooked.
  4. Sprinkle cheese and pepperoni on top, baking in the oven until all ingredients are bubbling.
