- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 1/2 cups marinara
- 8 eggs
- Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves

- skim milk
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
