Ingredients (for 6 cups)

  • 6 large eggs
  • 6 slices of ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • Ground black pepper
  • chopped parsley
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400º.
  2. Take out a muffin tray and line each cup with a slice of ham.
  3. Sprinkle cheddar into the cup before cracking an egg and pouring its contents into the cup.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 12 to 15 minutes, or until whenever the cups look ready.
  6. Once you remove the cups from the oven, garnish with parsley and enjoy.
