Looking for a savory, yet easy, dish that you can make with little to no effort at home?

Look no further than this recipe for balsamic chicken thighs. This recipe couldn’t be easier to prepare and to make, and it’s guaranteed to be a hit with anyone that shares this meal with you. Let’s take a look at how it’s done!

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs, skinless
  • Balsamic Vinegar Glaze
  • Dried basil
  • Dried oregano
  • Dried rosemary
  • Dried thyme
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil

Start off by marinating the bone-in chicken thighs in a plastic bag in a healthy amount of balsamic vinegar glaze for 8 to 12 hours. This process will allow the balsamic glaze to penetrate the meat and for it to soak in and make the chicken thighs juicier.

Once the thighs have been marinated, start by removing them from the plastic bag and place them in a large iron skillet.

Once you have done this, take the olive oil and gently drizzle it on top of the chicken thighs, allowing the olive oil to run into the pan.

Finally, sprinkle the thighs with the herbs. After this, they’re ready to cook.

After this, turn the stove onto medium-low heat, and cover the pan. Allow the chicken thighs to simmer and cook for about 15-20 minutes.

Once one side has been thoroughly cooked and the thighs are ready to be flipped, turn them over, cover again, and cook for another period of 15-20 minutes.

After this, your balsamic chicken thighs should be ready to eat. Enjoy!
