Meal-Prepped Breakfast Sandwiches

If you find yourself pressed for time in the mornings, and often skipping breakfast, it may be time to meal prep. As they say, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Keep reading for a simple and delicious recipe, that you can prepare ahead of time and grab and go during hectic mornings!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of egg whites
  • thinly sliced diced veggies, such as peppers, onions, and tomatoes
  • A package of English muffins
  • Cheddar cheese
  • A package of sausage patties

Instructions

  1. Saute your veggies on a greased frying pan and add your egg whites once the veggies are soft and translucent.
  2. Bake sausage patties in the toaster.
  3. Toast English muffins and melt cheese on top.
  4. Assemble the eggs, sausage patties, and cheese on the muffins and place in the refrigerator for up to a week and enjoy!
