For this recipe you need 2 cups sliced mushrooms, 2 pounds beef round steak, 1 large sliced onion, 3 cups beef broth, 4 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon dijon mustard, salt, pepper, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, 10 oz cooked egg noodles, 1/2 cup sour cream. Cut the beef into thin slices.

Instructions:

Prepare the meat with salt and pepper to your taste. Get a skillet and heat 2 tablespoons of butter in it. Cook the beef on both sides and then put it on a plate.

Add the 2 other tablespoons of butter in the skillet and include the garlic, mushrooms, and onions. Cook them until they’re soft. Add the flour and mix for a minute. Reduce the heat to low, combine everything with the beef broth and wait for it to simmer. You need to leave it to become thick before including the Worcestershire sauce, sour cream, paprika, and dijon mustard.
