These Scrumptious Potato Skin Bites are Delicious

If you’re looking for a flavor-packed appetizer to take your Super Bowl party to new heights, then potato skin bites may be exactly what you need. Loaded with plenty of juicy toppings, here is your guide to cooking up some scrumptious potato skin bites just in time for game day.

Ingredients:

  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar
  • Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Ground black pepper
  • Salt
  • 6 slices bacon
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. In the meantime, slice potatoes into 1/2″ coins. Throw the potatoes into a large bowl and drizzle in olive oil.
  2. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and the cayenne pepper to the large bowl. Continue to toss the mixture until evenly coated and then place on a large baking sheet.
  3. Place in the oven and cook for 30 to 40 minutes. Once lightly browned, flip and cook the other side.
  4. Sprinkle the bacon and cheddar on the potatoes and broil for about two minutes until melted.
  5. Add a dollop of sour cream to each potato before sprinkling green onions.
