This Goat Cheese Appetizer Involves No Cooking and Comes Together in 15 Minutes!

Whenever you’re having a dinner party, or even just friends over for cocktails, it’s nice to start the night with some appetizers. But just because you make something at home doesn’t mean it has to be difficult!

These goat cheese balls only involve a few ingredients, are totally customizable, and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz of plain goat cheese, 2 logs worth
  • 1/4 cup of sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon of kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup of dill
  • 1/4 cup of sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup of walnuts, or any other kind of nut you have

Instructions

  1. Start by putting the goat cheese, sour cream, and salt into a food processor. If you don’t have one, you can do it by hand, it’ll just take longer.
  2. Mix until well combined, and then use a small ice cream scoop or a large tablespoon to make uniformed balls. You should get about 24 balls.
  3. Put the balls onto sheet trays and freeze them for just 10 minutes.
  4. While the balls freeze, chop up the dill and nuts and put them into separate bowls. Put the sesame seeds into a third bowl.
  5. Divide the balls into three groups and roll each one into one of the toppings to coat well.
  6. Put them into the fridge until you need them or eat right away!
