- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup walnut halves

- 2/3 cup cornstarch

Instructions
- To make candied walnuts, boil water and sugar in a pot. Add walnuts, boil for 2 minutes, then drain and dry.
