Make the best panna cotta ever in a few simple steps. All you need to do is follow this recipe.
Ingredients
The ingredients for the panna cotta include:
1 oz sugar
9fl oz milk
3 gelatine leaves
1 vanilla pod
9 fl oz double cream
For the sauce, you need:
a splash of cherry liqueur
6 oz sugar
6fl oz water
12 oz raspberries
Instructions
Get a bowl of cold water and leave the gelatine leaves in it.
Pour the milk, vanilla pod, seeds, cream, and sugar in a pan and wait for the mixture to start simmering. Take out the vanilla pod.
Once you’re done you can remove the gelatine leaves as well, combine it with the rest and put the pan on the side. Mix so that the gelatine is even throughout.
Grab four ramekins and separate the panna cotta into them. Put them in the fridge for at least 60 minutes.
While you’re waiting you can prepare the sauce. Combine the water, sugar, and the cherry liqueur and let them boil.
Lower the heat, let it simmer until you see the sugar no more.
Leave it on the side and mix it with 1/2 of the raspberries. Blend it for an even consistency.
Sieve it, and add it to the rest of the berries.
Top off the panna cotta with the sauce.
