Are you tired of having your fish stick to the pan every time you cook it? Do you want to have that perfectly crispy skin in every bite? Well, good news. There is a super simple hack that will help you get that.

This hack, which has been around for a while now, was demonstrated by TikTok user Ereka Vetrini in a video that got more than three million views.

In the clip, Vetrini covers the bottom of a pan with oil and places a piece of parchment paper in it. She then puts a piece of salmon skin-side-down on top of the parchment paper and gets a perfectly crispy skin in a matter of minutes. Best of all, the fish didn’t stick at all.

Most TikTok users praised the hack, although some pointed out that there are other ways you can get the

perfectly crispy fish skin that doesn’t stick.

“I’m confused here. Preheating the pan properly and adding oil, you will never have skin stick,” one user wrote.

“Heat your pan well till waterdrops dance around, add oil until it wants to smoke, and add the fish. Never need parchment again,” another one added.
