- 40ml Rhubarb Gin
- 75ml half and half
- 1 egg white
- Nutmeg and clove
- 15ml Simple Syrup
- Grate nutmeg and clove. Leave in the fridge for at least three hours, but no more than two days.
- Put all the ingredients in a shaker.
- Shake well and strain into glasses.
- Decorate with cinnamon.
