How to Grill Pork Tenderloin Like a Pro

If you’re craving a juicy meat dish but are still new to cooking, then a pork tenderloin is an ideal recipe to start with. Seasoned with cumin, paprika, sugar, and lemon zest, this succulent meat will be sure to make any dinner party. Here is your guide to grilling pork tenderloin like a pro.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons oregano leaves
  • 2 scallions
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • zest from 1 lemon

Instructions:

  1. Pour the lemon zest, brown sugar, cumin, paprika, and salt into a small bowl. Whisk together and then add oil to create a paste. Baste the paste all over the pork.
  2. Preheat your grill for 5 minutes on a medium-high heat. Grill the pork for 20 minutes, turning with tongs until charred on all sides. Once cooked, allow it to cool for 10 minutes.
  3. Now, it’s time to create a tasty herb sauce. In a medium bowl, stir together the garlic, vinegar, scallions, parsley, oregano, red pepper, and a 1/4 cup olive oil. Season with salt and pepper according to taste.
  4. Slice the pork and place it on a platter. Drizzle the sauce over the pork and serve.
