There are countless different pasta recipes you can find all over the internet, and many of them are quite overwhelming. That’s why we’re here to bring you an easy, no-nonsense approach to making not just pasta, but a top-of-the-line mushroom cream pasta. Believe us when we say that by the time you’re done, you’ll be shocked that you were able to make something so fancy with barely any effort at all.
Cooking the Pasta
It goes without saying that you need to cook the pasta, and in order to do that, boil up some water and slide your pasta right in there. Once the pasta is soft, dry it through a strainer.
Making the Sauce
Here’s where it gets a tad tricky, but honestly it’s pretty darn easy. Dice up some mushrooms on a cutting board and when you’re done, saute them on a skillet with olive oil. Throw in some diced onions and garlic for good measure. When the mushrooms are caramelized, mix in about a cup of cooking cream.
The Final Step
After you’ve mixed the mushroom cream for a few minutes, mix it with the dry pasta and you’re basically done! Add parmesan for good measure. See, we told you that was easy!
