  • 1/4 cup chilled Lillet Rosé
  • 1/3 cup chilled Champagne
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 tangerine
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar


  1. Put raspberries, tangerine, and sugar into a jar and crush the mixture. Stir well and allow the mixture to sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Strain the mixture using a sieve and pour the liquid into another jar, extracting as much liquid as possible. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Pour the  Lillet Rosé, champagne, and raspberry mixture into a glass and stir gently to combine. Garnish with a tangerine peel.
