Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each), skin-on or skinless
  • 1 cup of bulgur wheat

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring the vegetable or chicken broth to a boil.
