Here are some out-of-the-box ingredients to try in your next batch of brownies!

Blueberries

Blueberries go surprisingly well with chocolate, adding a subtle tartness and a touch of fruit sweetness to brownies. This works especially well with the bitterness of dark chocolate.

👌A Handful of Blueberries were these Brownies’ Secret to be the most DECADENT, MOIST & FUDGY Brownies I have even made😍; . 😍I just love baking with blueberries but had never thought to include them in my brownies… until now🙌; . 💁‍♀️and just FYI; The blueberries don’t really give that strong of a blueberry taste to the dessert, but rather adds more moisture for that perfect Fudgy Brownies; . 😌Now Diving straight into this Deliciousness Recipe: . 🥣Ingredients:; – 1 1/4 Cup Almond Meal; ( Raw Almonds Ground into Flour in a Food Processor); – 3 tbsps Unsweetened Cocoa Powder; – 1/2 tsp Baking Soda; – Pinch of Salt – 1/2 Cup 70 % Dark Chocolate Chips or a >70% Chocolate Bar;(100 g); – 1/3 Cup Coconut Oil; – 2 Eggs; – tsp of Vanilla Extract; – 1/2 Coconut Sugar or Brown Sugar; ( Coconut sugar is recommended but Can be Substituted with Honey or MapleSyrup and Omit the applesauce later in the recipe); – 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce; (You can use store bought one or make your own at home with just 1 Apple, lemon juice, Cinnamon and 1/3 cup of water; cooked until soft then blended into puréed consistency); – 1 Cup of Fresh or Frozen Blueberries; . 👉Instructions: ** Step by step Recipe saved in highlights**; . 1️⃣ Pre Heat oven at 350 F (180 C) and line a Baking Pan with Parchment Paper; 2️⃣ First Grind the Almonds into flour then in a Bowl mix with it the Cocoa Powder, Baking Soda and Salt; 3️⃣ In a Microwave Safe Bowl, Melt together the Chocolate with Coconut oil until creamy; 4️⃣ Whisk the Coconut Sugar with the melted chocolate Until melted and well incorporated; 5️⃣ Add the eggs, Vanilla and Applesauce and whisk well until combined; 6️⃣ Add dry ingredients to the melted chocolate mix and combine without over mixing; 7️⃣ Fold in the Blueberries and a sprinkle of chocolate Chips; 8️⃣ Pour Batter into the Prepared Baking pan and sprinkle some blueberries and chocolate chips on top; 9️⃣ Bake for about 25-30 min; 🔟 Let it cool down completely before slicing into delicious brownie bites😍; .
