Try This Soothing And Refreshing Herbal Tea

There’s nothing better than a hot drink on a cold day, and this one offers to hydrate, comfort and soothe you. Made using natural herbs, water and nothing else, the delicious flavor and soothing aromas will have you reaching for another cup. You can always adjust the quantities of herbs to suit your tastes and preferences.

Herbal Tea

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of water
  • 5 mint leaves
  • Half a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of dried camomile leaves
  • 5 young nettle leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon of honey

Instructions:

  1. Boil the water in a kettle or in a pan.
  2. Steep the herbs in the water for 10 – 15 minutes.
  3. Stir the honey into the mix, strain the liquid and serve.
